Damn @CoxComm and there spotty service my internet keeps going out and this cox app is no help at all & no over the phone tech can figure it out also. They want to send out a tech everytime. Don't want to lose service but what I'm paying a month it should be better than this.

Having 2 new gaming systems & all the updates is killing my @CoxComm internet data, wish they had unlimited that was included with a plan, & not an extra $50 a month on top of my already 250+ bill. Keep going over which sucks.

Dear @CoxHelp pls notify your technicians when there is an outage. That way they can tell me instead of trying to troubleshoot with me my downed internet for 90 minutes. 😤Another day of business lost, thanks to my crappy internet company. Which still hasn't come back up again!

@wxphx @CoxHelp Ken when I first moved here I had cox. I specifically added the nfl network, pac 12 and one more channel, which increased my bill. It was around $ 140 per month, then 9 months later it was $250 b/c that package i added "expired" even tho my contact was 12 months. Good luck!
